刑偵大隊(duì)隊(duì)長(zhǎng)程兵（張譯 飾）帶領(lǐng)的三大隊(duì)在辦理一起惡性案件的過程中導(dǎo)致嫌犯之一意外死亡，被判入獄。出獄后依然堅(jiān)持以普通人身份追蹤在逃嫌犯。
